Can women use Kirkland® minoxidil?

Kirkland® only makes a 5% men's product. Women are generally advised to use products made and labelled for women, typically 2% solution or a women's foam, because higher strengths can increase the risk of unwanted facial hair growth and irritation.

Important

Do not use minoxidil if pregnant or breastfeeding. Sudden or patchy hair loss, or hair loss after childbirth, should be discussed with a doctor before starting treatment.
